What size iPhone do I have?
To see what size iPhone you have, go to Settings > General > About. To the right of the Model Name, it will show what size iPhone you have.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. We also accept Afterpay which allows you to make purchases now and pay for them later in 4 interest-free installments.
How do I enter my promo code?
Discount Codes must be entered at the checkout page. You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. Discount codes or gift cards must be applied at time of checkout. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Please note only one code can be used on each purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases or retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
Can I modify my order?
If you need to modify your order, contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We process and ship orders very quickly. Once the order has imported to our fulfillment facility, we have no ability to modify an order. We will make every effort to stop the order if we are able to. do so.

What does pre-order mean?
You can purchase items from upcoming releases before they sell out. Each pre-order item is assigned an estimated pre-order date, which represents the estimated time the item is expected to ship.
How do I pre-order an item?
All items eligible for pre-order are marked as “PRE-ORDER”. You can simply add a pre-order item to your bag just like any other item and proceed to checkout.
When will I be charged for my pre-order?
You will be charged at the time you place your order. However, you can cancel your pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund.
What if I place an order for items currently available and a pre-order item?
All orders that include pre-order items will ship complete once your pre-order item becomes available. We are unable to split/partially ship the order. If you’d like the available items now, we suggest you place a separate order for those items so they ship immediately.
When will my pre-order arrive?
We will ship your pre-order as soon as it becomes available. Once it ships, we will send you an email with the tracking details so you can know when it’s expected to arrive.
Can I cancel my pre-order if I change my mind?

What materials are FLAUNT square cases made from?
FLAUNT square phone cases are made from a high quality shockproof TPU material. Our TPU material is a combination of hard plastic and soft silicone, giving our square cases a smooth finish and a more comfortable grip.

FLAUNT cases are a rectangle, why do you call them square?
We call FLAUNT cases “square” in reference to both the square corners and edges of the case, we’re not referring to the rectangular shape of the case.

All FLAUNT square cases have a 1.5mm raised lip to protect your screen. We’ve found 1.5mm to be the perfect height for a sleek, slim look, while still providing the best amount of protection.

How will my order ship? What are my options?
Shipping in the United States is FREE on orders over $40! Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.
FLAUNT also offers expedited shipping services at checkout. Please note shipping times are after the 1-2 day processing time.
*All carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19, so shipping times are estimates.
For orders that are returned to FLAUNT due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you; however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.
I entered the wrong address, what can I do?
If you entered the wrong address on your order, contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We process and ship orders very quickly. Once the order has imported to our fulfillment facility, we have no ability to modify the address. We will make every effort to change the shipping address if we can before the order is processed.
If the order has already been processed: We will do our best to provide assistance. The original order may come back to us as undeliverable, in which case we can refund your order, less shipping.
Please place a new order shipping to the correct address.
If the order was processed and delivered to the wrong address entered at the time of ordering, you would be responsible for the charges and the order would not be eligible for a refund.

When will my order ship?
We know how excited you are to receive your FLAUNT order, we’ll do our best to make sure you receive it ASAP! Once your order is placed, it usually ships within 48 hours, Monday-Friday. If you place your order on Friday, it will be shipped the following week. Please allow additional processing and shipping time for weekends, holidays and sales. Once your order ships, we’ll provide you with a tracking number via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your package.
My tracking says it was delivered, but I didn't receive it?
• Please verify the shipping address on your order.
• Look for a notice of attempted delivery from the carrier.
• Look around the delivery location. Check around the entrances of your residence for the package.
• See if someone else accepted the delivery. Check with any family members, roommates, or neighbors who may have received the package for you without your knowing.
• Speak with the postal carrier who delivers your mail as they scan the package in order to mark it 'delivered'.
• Wait 36 hours. Packages can show as delivered while still in transit.
If your order is 36 hours past the expected delivery date, then you will want to file a missing package claim with USPS and contact us with the claim number.
In the rare event your USPS package is not delivered as expected and it’s unable to be located by the tracking information please contact us as soon as possible so we can make sure you receive your order.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping! Depending on the country and size of the order, we ship worldwide via UPS and FEDEX.
Do you offer free shipping on orders outside of the U.S.?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders of $75+ (after any discounts) outside of the U.S.
Will there be import tax & duties charged on my order?
Some countries outside the U.S. may require import tax, duties and related customs fees for imports. These fees, if applicable, are not included in the payment you make to us.
Can I check out in my local currency?
All of the product pricing will automatically be shown in your local currency throughout the site, but since we’re a U.S. based company, the checkout is required to be in USD.
How long does it take for international orders to arrive?
International orders typically take 7-25 business days to arrive. However, all shipping times are estimates and can vary depending on location. Be sure to check the shipping confirmation email we send you for a live tracking link and more information on your order status.

How long does it take for my refund to process?
Returns take 3-5 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
