RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the order date.
  • Pre-paid return labels are emailed to you with a $4.95 fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount to your original payment method.
  • Merchandise must be unused and in perfect new condition to qualify for a return.
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging, including all documentation.
  • Your return authorization and shipping label are valid for 7 days. Please drop your package off at a local USPS location within this time frame to be eligible for a refund.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • International orders (outside the U.S.) will not receive a prepaid shipping label via email. For international returns, you will be emailed a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a packing slip after you complete the return process on our site. You will be responsible for returning the order to the address on the packing slip using your courier of choice. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking. Please note we are not responsible for lost/untrackable returns. You can process your return here
  • Only one return or exchange transaction is permitted per order.
  • Returns take 3-5 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
  • Received a Defective item? If you have received a defective item, please complete this form so we can resolve this issue immediately.
  • Received the Wrong item? If you have received the wrong item, please complete this form so we can resolve this issue immediately.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Merchandise must be exchanged within 15 days of the order date.
  • Pre-paid return labels are emailed to you and the exchanged item is shipped with a $8.95 fee. This fee includes the cost of the return shipping label and the cost to reship the exchanged item to you. You will be charged for this fee during the exchange process after you start an exchange below.
  • Merchandise must be unused and in perfect new condition to qualify for an exchange.
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging, including all documentation.
  • Your return authorization and shipping label are valid for 7 days. Please drop your package off at a local USPS location within this time frame to be eligible for a refund and to ensure your exchange item(s) remain reserved.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We do not currently offer exchanges on international orders (outside the U.S.). To exchange an order outside of the U.S., we recommend returning your original order and placing a new one. You can process a return here.
