GDPR ADDENDUM:

This GDPR Addendum supplements Flaunt's Terms of Service (available at www.flauntcases.com/pages/terms) and applies to the extent that Flaunt processes Personal Data subject to the GDPR or UK GDPR. If you do not agree to the terms herein, please discontinue use of Flaunt’s services.

2. Definitions

1.6 Controller/Processor: Flaunt acts as a processor when processing Personal Data on behalf of customers and as a controller when collecting user data directly.

1.7 Security Incident: A breach of security that leads to unauthorized access or disclosure of Personal Data.
