FAQS FOR RECALL OF FLAUNT CASES MAGSAFE BATTERY CHARGER POWER BANKS (MODEL E33A)

The lithium-ion battery in the recalled charger power banks can overheat and ignite, posing a risk of serious injury or death from fire and burn hazards.

The portable chargers were sold from May 2024 through April 2025.

The portable chargers were online at FlauntCases.com

This recall covers the Flaunt MagSafe Battery Charger, Model E33A. To check your charger, look at the label on the back. If it reads “Model: E33A,” your charger is included in this recall. Model E33A was sold in four colors, melon, black, lavender and white. Only Model E33A is included in this recall.

About 1,400 units are subject to the recall in the United States.

No. Stop use of the recalled portable charger immediately. Until you dispose of it, do not charge it, keep it away from flammable materials, and store it in a cool, dry place away from sleeping areas.

All registrations require filling out a form with information, including your name and address. You will also need a camera, permanent marker, and to upload a photograph of your recalled portable charger.

Important: not dispose of the product before you receive your confirmation email that your registration has been successfully approved.

As part the registration process, you will be directed to write specific information in a photo with your recalled portable charger itself before taking a photograph of the portable charger and uploading it to our registration page. Disposing of your portable charger before you follow these steps will mean that your registration will not be successful.

1. Using a permanent marker, you must write on the front of the power charger:
   a. Your initials.
   b. The registration date.
   c. Write the word "RECALLED".
2. Take a clear photo of charger with the above markings.
3. Next, take a clear photo of the model number and details on the back of the portable charger (it should read “Model: E33A”). The photo should be clear enough to read.
4. Finally, upload these two photos to our online website and provide your personal information in the registration section

Note: If you do not follow these instructions, your registration will not be approved. Do not dispose of your portable charger until you receive an email confirming that your registration has been accepted and was successful. You may be asked to return the portable charger.

5. After your registration is confirmed, you will be provided with an email telling you that your registration was successful and that email will provide you with instructions on how to safely dispose of your portable charger. Because this is a lithium-ion battery, do not put it in the trash or in curbside or store battery-recycling bins. Take it to a household hazardous waste (HHW) collection center, and call ahead to confirm the center accepts recalled lithium-ion batteries. If it does not, contact your municipality for guidance.

After you receive the email confirming that your registration has been successful, you can expect to receive a gift card within approximately 48 hours or, if you selected a refund, within approximately 7 – 14 business days.

You will receive the full amount that you paid for the portable charger, $65.

If you select the gift card option, you will receive a digital gift card in the amount of $80 to be used towards the purchase of any item on the FlauntCases.com website.

All registrations require that photograph be submitted. You can submit via email if you cannot work the webform. We can provide assistance and begin the registration process over the phone, but we cannot complete registrations without the registration photographs being submitted.

 At this time, we are only offering refunds to consumers in possession of the product in order to remove the recalled products from consumers’ homes.
